Title: Dill Pickled Okra
Categories: Vegetable Pickle
Yield: 4 Jars

1kgOkra pods
SPICES
  A few celery leaves,
1 Clove of garlic, peeled
  _ and split
1 Sprig dill
2 Slices Pimento
PICKLE SOLUTION
2 2/3 Cups water
1 2/3 Cups white vinegar
2tbSalt

Scrub okra, pack into 4 jars.

In each jar insert the spices.

In a saucepan bring the pickle solution to the boil. Stir well and pour boiling liquid over okra and seal tightly. Let stand 3 weeks before serving.
